Snap-On Smile® an esthetic/cosmetic appliance by Den Mat is an affordable, convenient treatment that provides dramatic improvement. We are happy to offer the Snap-On Smile at our Beverly Hills Cosmetic Practice. This dental appliance is non-invasive and removable and can be placed over the existing teeth. There are absolutely no shots and no drilling of any kind required, so the procedure is fast and easy. It only requires a high precession impression of the patient’s teeth and a 2-3 week wait time. Snap-On Smile® - An Attractive Alternative to Fixed Prosthetics

The Snap-On Smile® dental prosthetic can be placed over both the upper and lower teeth to mask your imperfections, including chipped tooth, discolorations, cracks, gaps or even one or more missing teeth. The Snap-On Smile® can be removed for oral hygiene care and sleeping. Unlike veneers, they are permanently placed over the exterior surface of teeth to serve as a façade. Custom Built
In other offices all cases are sent to one Lab called Dent Mat, the maker of Lumineers. The appliance is then fabricated and returned to the dentist, who will then schedule the patient and present the appliance. But unlike any other office, we at Beverly Hills Plaza of Cosmetic Dentistry have our own experienced and professional master lab technician who will individually customize and beautify it. Each appliance should fit the person face, style and facial contours and therefore meticulous attention is given to every detail, not only by Dent Mat, the manufacturer but also our own lab technician.

Disadvantages of Snap-On Smile®

Should you have extremely crooked and overlapping teeth, the Snap on Smile will not have the desired outcome.

Should you have protruded teeth, extremely long and large teeth, Snap on Smile might also not be suitable as the appliance will cover your existing teeth and make them even longer and larger.

Patients with unusually large gaps may not be good candidates because the Snap on Smile will close the gap but might make the teeth appear unreal and wide. Braces, Retainers or Veneers might be more suitable.
