Posts for Teeth and Crowns

Imagine you have lost your teeth either due to extensive decay or an accident as shown in the picture below

The dentist cannot place any crowns on these teeth, since there is not enough tooth structure available. In this case we fabricated special custom made posts made of a very strong and biocompatible material. These posts are placed inside the tooth canal shown on the picture above. This canal is drilled by the experienced dentist and the post is cemented with a special cement inside this canal.

Finally single crowns were fabricated individually for each post.
This 76-year-old gentleman has his teeth back again.
